Power of Positive Students

Each quarter, Bellefontaine Elementary School celebrates academic accomplishments during a Power of Positive Students (POPS) Assembly. A community leader is invited to pass out certificates during each assembly. The goal of the program is for every student to be recognized by their peers and staff by the end of the year.
