The Bellefontaine 4th-grade boys basketball team won the Triad Classic Silver Bracket on Sunday.

Team members include: Teran Benton, Austin Bland, Hayden Cox, Krewe Frey, Jonathan Harvey, Houston Johnson, Jakyson Johnson, Kyler Vollrath, Dustin Rogan, Drayden Lyburtus-Scherer, and Theo Vigansky.

They are coached by Dustin Rogan Sr., Ben Vollrath, Shawn Cox, Kaine Ransome, and Chuck Bland.

The Bellefontaine 5th-grade boys basketball team won the Triad Classic Gold Bracket on Sunday.

The boys rallied to beat West Jefferson, Marysville, and Urbana to reach the championship.

The Chiefs then outscored Marysville 23-17 in the finals.

Team members include: Sawyer Vermillion, Julian Anderson, Parker Artis, Jack Fissel, Zieler Whetsel, Camden Vollrath, Tovan Benton, Caleb Palmer, Braylon Lyburtus-Scherer, and Jax Fleming.

The boys are coached by Keyne Strickland, Rob Palmer, and Dean Whetsel.

Both trophies are on display in the front entrance of Bellefontaine Intermediate School.
